Bournemouth travel to Elland Road on Saturday aiming to continue their superb start to the Premier League season.
Andoni Iraola’s men have been one of the early pace-setters, sitting fourth in the table after five games and full of belief heading into this clash against newly-promoted Leeds United.
Leeds are also in good form following an impressive 3-1 victory at Wolves last weekend, making this a real test for the Cherries as they look to extend their unbeaten run.
Encouraging Start for Both Sides
Bournemouth have been outstanding so far this season, collecting 10 points from a possible 15 thanks to three wins, one draw, and just a single defeat. Iraola’s side have combined defensive resilience with lightning-fast counter-attacks, conceding only five goals while scoring vital winners at key moments.
Leeds have also made a solid return to the top flight, with two wins and a draw from their first five matches. They head into Saturday’s clash in mid-table but are unbeaten at Elland Road this season.
“They play with lots of intensity and belief and Andoni [Iraola] deserves a lot of praise,”
said Leeds boss Daniel Farke. “They are difficult to beat and capable of scoring goals. They’ve developed step by step at Premier League level as a club and a team.”

The Cherries have never taken a point away at Elland Road — Saturday is a chance to make history.
Bournemouth Daily View
This match presents a fantastic opportunity for Bournemouth to make a statement. A win at Elland Road would not only keep them in the top four but also end their winless run away to Leeds.
The Cherries’ pace on the counter could be decisive against a Leeds side that likes to push forward. If Semenyo and Tavernier find space, Iraola’s team have every chance of breaking Leeds’ home streak.
